You have your choice of internet-make-food-happen services, but you choose us. Thank you for being a beautiful, amazing, hungry human being and the best damn customer ever. We couldn’t do it without you.

Now raise a glass (or an egg roll), and let’s toast (mmm toast) to love.

  1. You know what? I love you guys a lot! Everytime issues come up I know that Eat24 will always have my back when the restaurants won’t! And I love the fact that I can order round the clock and if I want coupons I can just reach out and ask you for one and I get them. I don’t know how you do it but you guys are awesome, way cooler than grubhub!

  2. Awww! We always got your back and are good for a good cheese joke, coupon or just a bit of love. We love you even more than bacon wrapped bacon (and that’s a lot).

  3. Not for us! Before YELP bought EAT 24

the service was really good with EAT 24 both online and phone support and now with Yelp their service is crap and Yelp could not care less about us! People are sarcastic when you lodge a complaint. Food shows up 1.5 late and when we complain they do not even answer back. Yelp also removed the CHAT software. Before Eat24 used to value their customers, since they were aquired all Yelp cares about is their is increasing its revenue outlook. #fail #yelp

  4. Really? I thought Yelp was a platform where people go to write reviews about things, I never knew you could contact them about restaurants not giving you prompt delivery service. When you reached out to Yelp did you live chat with them or did you have to call them on the phone? Usually if I have an issue I just live chat Eat24, I never deal with yelp at all.

  5. It was Eat 24 email support – we gave them our reference number and no one ever responded. The food took over two hours to get and it was cold. But what looks like a Chat window just opens up a window and you can only send a message. We would have cancelled if it was 2.5 hours late. There are other alternatives Uber Fresh, Grubhub, Seemless, Munchery – they only thing Yelp/Eat24 has is the $2 coupon! But our restaurant is closed today so next time! http://eat24hours.com/index.php?SCR=s_contact

  6. Do you have an Eat24 account or do you do guest checkout. If you use an actual eat24 account and you click on support, everything will be filled in for you so you won’t have to provide your email because it pulls from the account. That’s usually what I do. I also think that if Eat24 allowed you to use more than one coupon code you could essentially get a meal for really cheap!

  7. I had no problem first time I ordered (w/ EAT24) … but realized afterwards I’d not rec’d the $2 discount …. called and was told sorry… forgot their reason (it was a yr ago). well I just had my 3rd (and final) delivery (vallejo pizza which was good the first/ second times but SUCKED this time Jan 4)…. I say FINAL since I’m guessing I’ll never get the $6 credit I have coming even if I waste time complaining (AGAIN, for the 3rd time).
I wonder why so many of those $2 coupons kept coming to me * (UNwitty annoying emails sent repeatedly)…. if they or the delivering restaurant won’t honor them…
ok ok FOOL ME ONCE shame on you. FOOL ME 3 times SHAME ON ME.

  8. I’d have been happy if EAT24 had allowed me credit for the 3x which I ordered expecting the $2 credit (i even posted it in tthe special instructions the 2nd & 3rd times I ordered). Well they lost me now as a member/ customer…

  9. forget the “jokes” … I’d prefer having gotten my $6 due me from 3x I ordered and didn’t get anything other than people passing the buck.

  10. Hey Olive, we would love to take care of you on our end and figure out what’s going on with your credit. Shoot us an email to media@eat24.com whenever you get a chance and we’d love to figure out what’s going on.

  11. I’ll send in an email – I noticed more functionality was removed on the website after placing an order.

  12. When I’m weak from hunger, aka feelin’ lazy, I know with a simple click of a mouse I can order life-saving sustenance quickly and easily. If I’m out of green ink for printing money (Don’t tell the FEDS!), I can us PayPal to both order AND tip (much more convenient than trying an I.O.U (trust me, that gets messy). My only wish is to have more choices of food in my area. There are MANY delivery restaurants near me, but my selection consists of 1 good (under-rated) pizza place and 1 single-star place. Grubhub had chinese, Indian, etc. until their issues got them down to zero places. Sorry to use the G-word, but don’t worry, I don’t see them anymore.
That’s not enough to dull my affection for Eat24. But I do wonder, how many other people, if anyone will admit, actually subvocally read the line that says something like ‘You will be redirected before you can say sum” and a buncha other words. OK, Fine. I ALWAYS do. That’s my private, and now not so private, shame.
BTW, to prove how strong my feelings are for Eat24, I’ve used it on my PC, ipad, AND my phone. Because Eat24 is so easy. In a good way. I do respect you, honest!

  13. Late to the game and such but just wanted to give a shout out to eat24 customer service. They are awesome. One tiny little mishap but they responded quickly and personally. No automated messages and a phone call as well to check in. Exceptional service which I deeply appreciate. Kudos to Sarah E and the driver(s) that helped. Thank you!
