Raise your hand if you ate your weight in cookies this week. And last week. Ok, and also the week before that. Yeah, us too. Cuz screw kale, right?
Except now that it’s a new year, we’ve been thinking we might need a little kale in our diet. That’s because we’re kinda, sorta, considering a New Year’s resolution to eat more healthy stuff. Raise your hand again (feel free to raise it mentally since we can’t actually see you) if you were thinking the same thing. Bummer! Everyone knows you can’t avoid the kitchen and eat healthy at the same time, right? Um, WRONG!
Ordering healthy delivery is not only possible, it’s actually pretty easy with our new “Healthy” feature. And no, “Healthy” doesn’t shame you into being good by texting your mom if you order cheesecake for dinner. It also won’t make you solve algebraic equations if you try to get fries. “Healthy” helps you find healthy foods (duh) at your favorite restaurants. How can you tell the food is good for you? By the cute little pink heart next to the dish.
All you have to do is go to a restaurant’s menu and click “Healthy” at the top right part of the screen. That will filter out all the not-as-good-for-you food and show you the type of stuff the USDA is always telling you to eat. Grilled trout with sesame sauce? Check. Veggie wraps with tamarind chutney? Of course. Alaskan Rolls? In your mouth. Greek Salad? All day.
Check it out next time you’re in the mood for something healthy but don’t want to deal with things like oven knobs. After all, you’re a member of the world’s most exclusive, pants-free club. No matter if you’re ordering cheese fries or kale salad, you belong on your couch throne at all times. Oh, and our apologies to kale #SorryKale. We love you.
Eat24, you get me in ways no other food-related website does.
