Dear Eat24Hours,

eat24hours
(A customer’s letter)

I had only stumbled upon your Eat24Hours blog within the last few weeks and have been ever so grateful that I did. Allow me to explain. I am a single mother of three kids. I had recently took ill, my kids, aging 4, 7 and 10, although as helpful around the house as their ages permit, are nowhere near the ages to tend to the bigger chores like cooking and laundry. Well, sick as a dog, neither was I, however, I had my laptop by my bedside and was able to order decent meals for my children and even food I was able to keep down.

My oldest son had breakfast covered for his siblings, but I was still able to cover lunch and supper without having to leave my bed. Only two problems, one… my kids want to order off Eat24Hours all the time now, and two… it doesn’t do laundry.

Thanks Eat24Hours for being there in my time of need,
Sincerely,
Cassandra Mae

  1. I had a similar experience. I had to have my gall bladder removed. It was done as day surgery so I was home before the kids got home from school. I was in no shape to cook however and my kids are old enough to cook. We moved here less than a month ago so we really don’t have the kind of friends that would do the cooking for me. Without Eat24Hours, I would have been in a major mess. It was 5 days before I was able to be up long enough to cook a meal. The nurse at the surgeon’s office was the one who told me about this service. I owe her a great deal of thanks for saving the day for me.
