Most people who live in a very large city, don’t drive their own car much, and may not even own a car. I live in the Big Apple and sold my car after the first 6 months. Parking is a nightmare and it got to be more of a chore than a convenience. Eat24Hours makes sense to me. The ease of ordering online and the fact that they deliver makes as much sense as getting rid of the car.
I just moved from a town that was so small it made no sense to own a car to a suburb or Chicago. I still am trying to find a car I can afford that has good gas mileage. Until then and probably beyond that, I’m so pleased that I will have access to Eat24Hours. Even with a car I may not want to drive in this crazy traffic unless I absolutely have to. It’s a major adjustment and I’m glad I won’t have to go hungry in the mean time.
I have not been in this country too long and I don’t drive. But, I do eat. I use Eat24Hours a lot. I don’t cook too. But, I do eat.
My car is residing at the city impound because I was dumb enough to drive it without insurance and I got caught. It’s going to take me a while to get it back and it’s good to know that in the meantime I won’t have to starve to death. Eat24Hours is a lifesaver for people who can’t or don’t cook. That car is more trouble than it’s worth. I may just let them have it. I can have my food delivered to work or home and there’s always the bus and subway for transportation.
I live in the heart of NY and it’s silly to try to keep a car. There is no place to park. I moved here with one but got tired of driving around in circles trying to find a place to park it. Sometimes I would be 3 or 4 blocks from my apartment. I don’t really shop a lot, I only keep bread, milk, eggs and cheese at home. I order out a lot. If it weren’t for Eat24Hours I’d probably starve to death!
