Ordinarilly I love to cook, but not for 30 people after having worked all day. Even preparing part of it ahead of time leaves a daunting job for the day of the party. What a perfectly wonderful idea. I’ve been trying to pare down the guest list so I wouldn’t have to cook so much. This way, I don’t have to cook at all. No food preparation sounds like heaven.
